Forgotten in the snow

While most photographers were probably excited for the first snow so they could go capture the fresh…pure…unmolested snow-scapes  I woke up knowing that I needed to pay a visit to a building that always has some old run down American muscle. I was pleasantly surprised but also saddened to see two new models waiting in the cold to be remembered. One was bad ass “Stratomist” blue 1971 Buick GSX with the front plate “INDIGO” that I think it appropriate, the other was a dark red Chevy Caprice. Hopefully someone just left them out on the wrong night, other wise I would love to do some back road driving in the Buick :)

Because it was snowing I used the dripping water and fog that was accumulating on my windows to my advantage. personally I like the almost dreamy effect it gives to the photos I used it on. Link to the full set at the bottom of the post.

The F40 is still my all time favorite Ferrari and always will be to be honest but the 458 is a close 2nd.

I Love this Audi

The more I shoot film the more I love it, the more I shoot classic cars with film the more I realize it is the best way to shoot classic cars. This roll was some Fuji 400 with my Nikon FG, the grain looks amazing when the photo is larger.

This last one is digital

How much is that pony in the window

That is pretty much one of the most corny names ever but what the hell.  I was pleasantly surprised  to see a Ferrari 355 in a used car place’s window. I just wanted some photos that played with the reflections, plus it reminded me of when I was young I used to also go shoot at dealers.
